Victoria – On March 6, just over four years after the roll out of the disastrous Phoenix payroll system, union members in Victoria are rallying to increase the pressure for government action at the bargaining table and on the disastrous Phoenix pay system.

Vancouver – Members of the Customs and Immigration Union (CIU), and the Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC) are rallying February 5th, calling on the government to treat Border Services Officers with the respect they deserve by withdrawing concessions being put forward at the bargaining table and bargaining fairly.

Victoria – On March 22, just over three years after the roll out of the disastrous Phoenix payroll system, union members in Victoria are rallying to remind the Prime Minister that time is running out to make good on his commitment to support public service workers and the vital services they provide.

Victoria - The Public Service Alliance of Canada Victoria Regional Women’s Committee is sponsoring a candlelight vigil at Holland Point Park in Victoria on December 6th, the National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women in Canada. December 6th marks the anniversary of the murder of 14 women at the École Polytechnique in Montreal.

Members of the public will gather to reflect on violence against women and collect donations for local women's organizations.
