PSAC BC Racially Visible Members Regional Conference – Call Out for Conference Committee Volunteers

The PSAC BC Region is holding a Regional Conference for Racially Visible Members from February 28-March 1, 2020 in Richmond!

We are currently seeking PSAC members who want to play an important role in this Conference. If you have ideas for conference content or just want to help in the overall organizing, then this role may be for you!

We are looking for self-identified PSAC racially visible members from the BC Region with

  • Good communication and organizational skills;
  • Willingness to commit to the Conference both pre and post-conference;
  • And related experience as an asset.

If you are a racially visible member in BC who is interested in playing a role in the Conference, tell us in 300 words or less why you want to volunteer and what ideas/issues you would like to see the Conference cover.

Please note: committee meetings will normally be held by teleconference during weeknight evenings. Members who sit on Conference Committees become automatic delegates to the Conference.
