Bill C-65 and upcoming changes to the Canada Labour Code Pt. II and the Work Place Harassment and Violence Prevention Regulations webinar recording & materials

Here is a recording of a webinar PSAC BC hosted in December 2020 designed to give members a general overview of the upcoming changes to the Canada Labour Code Pt. II and the Work Place Harassment and Violence Prevention Regulations impacting federally regulated workers across Canada.

Presenters identified key amendments to the Code, summarized key provisions in the new Work Place Harassment and Violence Prevention Regulations, talked about why this is important for PSAC members, and identified some of the resources that will be available to support the implementation in federally regulated workplaces in 2021.
