PSAC's National President, Robyn Benson, will be in Vancouver this month to meet with the BC Regional Council.

Join us at the Vancouver Regional Office on January 17th, between 5:00 and 7:00PM for an informal meet and greet. There is no set agenda: Robyn along with REVP Bob Jackson will be available to answer your questions or just chat about the issues that affect PSAC members.

Per section 9 of the PSAC BC Regional Bylaws, we will be holding an election for 1 delegate to represent young workers of Vancouver Island PSAC at the upcoming PSAC BC Regional Convention.

Sub-Section (4): each recognized B.C. Regional equity seeking group shall be entitled to one (1) delegate to the B.C. Regional Triennial Convention.  The Regional Convention will be held April 25 - 27th 2014 in Vancouver, visit the convention page for more information.

We will be selecting a VIHRC delegate to the BC Regional Triennial Convention in April at this meeting, which also provides an opportunity to make any resolutions that we may want to pass along to the convention. Deadline for the resolutions is January 24^th.
