   • Update on Regional Initiatives (e.g. Outreach booklet, postcards, plans on video)
   • Update on upcoming Regional Young Workers Conference

   • Amendment to the Terms of Reference in include Haida Gwaii as part of the geographic jurisdiction of the committee and update to the age bracket
