Earth Hour

On Saturday 30 March 2019 at 8:30PM PSAC BC will join millions of people across the globe in switching off the lights for one hour as part of Earth Hour, the world’s largest grassroots movement for the environment. By taking part in this global event, PSAC BC will be acknowledging its commitment to take operational action to mitigate climate change and to care for the environment.

Starting as a symbolic lights out event in Sydney in 2007, Earth Hour is now the world's largest grassroots movement for the environment, inspiring millions of people to take action for our planet and nature.
