Agenda

• The Sisters that attended the PSAC BC Regional Womens Conference will be presenting a full overview and will be ready to answer questions on the conference. They may even have more information of their own to provide regarding the topics that were covered in the conference. This will include pictures.
• The positions of Chair, Treasurer, Secretary are to be voted on.
• We will also be seeking a Co-Treasurer and a Co-Secretary positions to ensure we have people who can assist with events and provide back up when the Treasurer and/or Secretary are not available to come to meetings or events. This will assist in the smooth running of the committee and timely completion of required documentation etc.for the Regional Office in Vancouver.
• We will also have a full overview of the Junk in the Trunk donation collection that takes place Oct 1/16 in the Prince George CN Parking lot between 9AM & 1PM. This will include pictures.
