Vancouver Area Council meeting

Hi everyone, the majority of votes are in and our meeting will be next Wednesday, April 2, 2014. Light dinner will be served at 5 and the meeting will begin at 5:30. Should you have any dietary requirements please advise ASAP. Please also forward any agenda items you may have prior to the meeting (items may be accepted at the meeting). In order to assist our Secretary in recording your Affiliate Report, please ensure to have a printed copy you can supply at the meeting.

If you wish to discuss specific resolutions put forth by your submitting body please ensure to arrange in advance for copies to be made, this will avoid delays in the meeting.

This email is being distributed further than the Vancouver and District Area Council list as an invitation to attend either by; affiliating your Local/Branch/DCL/Committee or coming as a visitor.
