Vigil to Oppose Migrant Health Cuts

Sanctuary Health will be holding a candlelight vigil to bring awareness to migrants and refugees who will not have access to health care as a result of the recent Interim Federal Health Care Cuts that were implemented on June 30, 2012.Please join Sanctuary Health to demonstrate to the Harper Government that these health care cuts are not representative of Canadian values and that we will not be silent while members of our communities cannot access basic health care.

Bring: Candles, instruments, friends, and colleagues

Sanctuary Health is an alliance of concerned members of the public and healthcare providers formed in response to Bill C-31 (The Refugee Exclusion Act) and cuts to the Interim Federal Health Program that provides temporary healthcare to refugees and asylum seekers in Canada.
