Photos: PSAC BC in Solidarity with BCGEU at Hard Rock Casino

On Monday, June 18, members of the PSAC Vancouver & District Area Council and West Fraser Valley Area Council showed their solidarity in action with the striking BCGEU members at the Hard Rock Casino in Coquitlam. 

Approximately 430 workers have been on strike since Friday, May 11th, as they try to negotiate their first collective bargaining agreement. Their picket line is up 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The wonderful members of BCGEU are very grateful for the support they've receivd from the PSAC and other Affiliates. Let's continue to show our support and solidarity with the BCGEU members affecteded and tell Hard Rock Casino that they are in for a fight, and we are not backing down!!!
