Purolator Bargaining Update

Talks have broken off as of October 20, 2018, when Purolator management indicated that would be making an application for conciliation.

Despite a number of follow-up requests by the union, it is clear the employer has not followed through on their application. The bargaining team waited patiently for the employer team to keep to their word, but given the last correspondence with Purolator on November 1, 2018 your bargaining team made the difficult decision not to wait any longer and sent a Notice of Dispute and Request for Conciliation Assistance (available below) to the Federal Conciliation and Mediation Service.
