We encourage you to read this report and share it with your Executive and membership.

We very much look forward to working with all members in B.C. to further the recommendations that will emerge from the Gender Equity Taskforce consultations that took place over that weekend and we’re glad to see many of the important resolutions that flowed from the Conference moving forward.

Last but by no means least, we would like to congratulate the Organizing Committee who worked hard to make the Women’s Conference a success and we encourage all the participants to build on the work that took place over the weekend by continuing to mobilize, network, and strategize on the important issues that impact women in our union.
