Victoria Area Council special general meeting

March 21, 2017 - 5:30pm • Vancouver Island | Political Action

A Special General Meeting has been called, according with section vii: subsection 3 of the VAC bylaws, Tuesday March 21th, 2017 at 5:30 pm at PSAC Victoria Regional Office.

The meeting will be for discussions Area Council funding for MLAs, provincial election candidates, and riding associations.

Film Screening: Elder in the Making

Come to a screening of the documentary film Elder in the Making, followed by a workshop hosted by filmmakers Chris Hsiung and Cowboy Smithx. Through footage from the documentary Elder in the Making, personal insights from their travels and in-depth discussions, participants will begin to understand the state of aboriginal relations today and where it might go in the future.
