Rally for a Canada based on caring for each other and the planet. Join author and activist Naomi Klein, CUPE National President Paul Moist and others, as well as special musical guests.
It is possible for Canada to fight against climate change in a way that makes the country and our communities better and more equal – by delivering meaningful justice to Indigenous peoples, creating more and better jobs, restoring and expanding our social safety net, reducing economic and racial inequalities, and welcoming migrants and refugees.
The Leap Manifesto says we don't need to choose between protecting the environment and having a strong economy. Across the country, people are demonstrating their support for The Leap.
This rally, happening in the wake of the federal election, will be a chance to listen to some inspirational words and great music. Vancouver’s fantastic food carts will be invited.
