Work Force Adjustment
This course is designed for Stewards and Local Officers. It will help you understand your roles in the Workforce Adjustment Appendix (WFAA) process, strengthen your skills to advocate on behalf of your members in your workplaces in the WFAA process; and feel more prepared to anticipate and respond to WFAA situations. Note: This course applies to ALL federal sector workplaces including CRA, CFIA, Parks, CBSA, etc.
