This course is designed for Stewards and Local Officers.  It will help you understand your roles in the Workforce Adjustment Appendix (WFAA) or CFIA Employnment Transition Policy (ETP) process, strengthen your skills to advocate on behalf of your members and your workplaces in the WFAA process; and feel more prepared to anticipate and respond to WFAA situations.
