Unions have fought for decades to negotiate well paid, stable jobs, but the trend towards part-time and temporary work has impacted women the most.

GUEST SPEAKER: Iglika Ivanova, Senior Economist & Public Interest Researcher for CCPA BC

Iglika is a feminist economist who researches and writes on key social and economic challenges facing our province. She has authored a number of CCPA reports examining BC’s rising income inequality, persistent poverty, trends in low wage work, and the importance of quality public programs and services for all.
