PSAC Strike Vote Information for members in BC

** Strike votes and union events have been suspended until further notice: please read this important message regarding PSAC's response to the COVID-19 situation **

This is central location for members in the Treasury Board, Canada Revenue Agency, CFIA, Parks Canada and CBSA bargaining units to find important information about bargaining, the strike vote process and potential strike actions.

After years of Phoenix and insulting offers from the employer, it's time to send a strong message to the government that PSAC members deserve fair collective agreements with wage increases that keep up with inflation and a fair and equal Phoenix damages settlement. This page will be updated regularly with new information, so please check back frequently.

There are 140,000 PSAC members currently bargaining with the government. Together we have a lot of strength!

Visibility in the workplace – letting the employer know that you stand behind your team – is key to showing that strength. Wearing a bracelet, a button, or a sticker, or taking any form of workplace action shows the employer and your supervisor that you’re aware of the issues, that you’re concerned about the issues, and that you are demonstrating solidarity. There are materials available for download on this page or contact a member of your Local Executive to get some.
