PSAC negotiates wages and working conditions for employees in almost 150 Locals and in hundreds of workplaces in our region. See below for national and regional updates.

NAV CANADA members joined together for PSAC’s first digital bargaining conference

Members who work for NAV CANADA met September 29 and 30 to discuss the top priorities for their next collective agreement. It was PSAC’s first bargaining conference held entirely online.

PSAC members ratify new agreements with Treasury Board and CRA

A majority of PSAC members in the PA, TC, EB, and Canada Revenue Agency bargaining units have voted in favour of their respective tentative agreements. Members in the SV group have until October 5 to vote on their new contract while those in the Parks and CFIA units will vote between October 5 and November 4. Members in the Border Services unit are still in talks.

The Parks bargaining team has reached a tentative agreement with the Agency, and PSAC members will now have the opportunity to vote on their new collective agreement. PSAC has organized ratification votes between October 5 to November 4 to allow members working at Parks Canada to cast your ballot. See below to sign up for the ratification vote webinar that is most convenient for you.  In order to be eligible to vote you must:
