Almost 50 PSAC members from across the province gathered in Vancouver on Saturday at the 2020 Regional Conference for Racially Visible Members, which was held under the theme "Building our Power for Change: Equity for All”. It was a busy weekend: over two days the participants developed strategies to build partnerships, coalitions, and networks for advocacy; discussed ways to broaden the base of union activists from their communities; identified political priorities for PSAC racialized members; and contributed to the development of a PSAC policy to address systemic racism.
