As we approach the mid-point of Pride season in BC, please take a minute to read and sign on to PSAC's campaign calling on the Prime Minister to honour the promise to eliminate the ban on blood, organ and bone marrow donations that discriminates against LGBTQ2+ people, and particularly queer men and trans women.

PSAC BC is committed to fighting racism – in the workplaces we represent, within our own union and in society at large.

At the last meeting held via conference call the PSAC BC Regional Council put forward and unanimously passed a motion calling for PSAC BC to

Allocate $1000 towards the cost of hiring an organization, or to be used as an honorarium, to deliver anti-racism training open to all PSAC BC members via a recorded webinar that can subsequently be shared online.

Negotiations for 70,000 PSAC members in the PA group as well as the Treasury Board common issues and Phoenix damages tables started today with negotiations for nearly 30,000 members working at CRA set to begin on July 6th.
