Updates

International Women's Day is coming up soon and we thought we would highlight a booklet produced by the PSAC Programs Section which outlines some of the negative effects the Conservative government's policies have on women in Canada.

International Women's Day is March 8th. PSAC Women in BC are hosting or participating in events around the Province - here's a list at our events calendar.

Did we miss something? Email BraggP@psac-afpc.com and we'll add it to the calendar.

PSAC/UTE Bargaining Team spends week in negotiations with CRA.

Your bargaining team met with the employer for the first time on February 20th and 21st.  We exchanged bargaining proposals and then spent some time walking through those proposals.  This provided both parties the opportunity to briefly explain the intent behind their proposals.

The union and employer proposals are available at www.local20221.com

What is the Union School?

Union Education at its best! This Union School is 5 intensive days of in-residence learning for activists and leaders here in BC. If you are a leader or activist, this Union School will provide you with the opportunity to build your skills, acquire new skills and network with each other.
