PSAC is holding in-person and on-line webinar meetings for Parks members in B.C. All of the latest Parks bargaining and ratification information, including the tenatative agreement, can be found at the national website.

As per Regulation 15 of the PSAC Constitution, all members must attend a meeting – either by webinar or in-person – in order to cast a vote.

We are pleased to announce that three advanced/province-wide courses will be offered in BC in the fall of 2018. The full course descriptions including pre-requisites and applications will be posted in the late spring - check back on the Education page of the BC regional website in May.

Young workers across Canada are turning controversy into opportunity by donating free Loblaw gift cards to charity.

Our bargaining team traveled to Vancouver for a one-day meeting with the arbitrator and the employer to go over our arbitration submissions. The meeting was requested by IMP, but they largely repeated what had already been said in their written arguments.

We continued to push for improvements on our main issues:

Yesterday, our bargaining team for the FB group reached a tentative agreement with the Treasury Board and Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), securing a respectful and fair collective agreement for these workers.
